			<title><![CDATA[ Claim on private/ leased land? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have staked a claim in an active placer area (lots of nearby claims) but it is right next to what appears to be a cattle ranch.  Is there any way to find out
if my claim is on private/ leased land? other than to hear a bullet wizz by my ear?

EDIT - Ok so i found out that the claim is in an ALR.  Not sure how that affects what I do on it... but i understand that agriculture takes presidense over all
other activities.

Is there certain things i need to do in a year?  Is there any fees involved other than a FMC and $2.00/hectare? and how much am I liable for others if they are
on my claim, with or without my consent/knowledge?  I just want to fart around on the weekends and such, and have a place to call my own.

getting a little bit of gold. I&#39;ve been cited for everything under the sun. Some of the violations were valid such as the ones in which I was cited for
having improper labels on drums....drums were labeled apple juice and actually contained concentrate gold that was obtained though mechanical means hence no
