12:30 doors open meeting starts at 1pm till finished approx 5:00pm
First Nations Issues , Yardage Limits , Bonds , Placer Exploration Permits(PEP) , Leases , NoW permits , Security of Tenure , BCPMA , Best Practices Code ,
Placer Review Board , New Enforcement and Compliance Officers , Resource Roads Act .... Are just a few of the items to be discussed.
Elections to follow...
Guest speakers is Butch Morningstar Executive Director Regional Operations
and I'm hoping a couple more...
At the meeting last night it was voted to move the AGM away from the Gold Show
There's so much new info to get out to members ,the 2 hours at the end of the day was not enough time.
This is one of the most important AGM's CMA has had in a long time...
We need to come up with a plan to deal with First Nations ...
There was a presentation at last nights meeting (may12) by one of the Directors
that was well received and we need to discuss this with everyone....
