Beautiful domain for 4 x 4ing or dirt biking for the serious !!!......road work uneccesary... BUT....still accesable by...2 wheel drive in seasonal times. This property deservers more attention!!!! Feel free to check out my claim and area and as far as aking price you dont want to know.... Just kidding, any reasonable offer would be taken into acount. My wedding is on the 18th of july and going to be out there on the 21st, I can dig pretty good I work in the black gold fields of swan hills alb and I just finished hand diging to expose hotlines but anyways diging out there will be pleasent compared to the 85-90C lines were diging around. but please e-mail me and let me know what you think of this all
