Water pump problem! |

Hi guys
I have a sluice that is 6 feet long and 1 foot wide the rifles are one inch angle iron i am not too sure what size of water pump to buy for this sluice any recommendations? Mike |

It's not so much the length but girth...er-A.....I mean width....
 .........A 5 hp 2 inch pump should do just fine.

the outlet of your pump has to be 1 1/2 " or less for hand mining ...
other wise you have to have a work permit ... ...jim |

I am runing my highbanker with a le trap sluice with a 2.5 hp Honda 1 1/2 " outlet at about 2/3 throdle and it works just fine.

OH-ya.....choke her down to 1 1/2 inch on intake screen.......thanks Jim............he's not running A "le" so he'll need more
power....

isnt it ironic that one must get a work permit from govt employees that dont do any work or even know what work is ?
